HOME RENTAL – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS
To book and confirm your dates a 20% deposit is required. Your reservation for the house will be confirmed to you once payment is received. The price is inclusive of all taxes and utilities bills.

PAYMENT

SECOND PART OF PAYMENT
The remaining 80% payment for the booking can be made by cheque or cash in Euro s on your arrival.

DAMAGES
Any damage or breakages are to be paid for at the end of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope you will not cancel. Should you cancel 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your deposit less an admin charge of 50 Euro s If you cancel there after we will retain the full amount of the deposit.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
*Check in 2pm
*Check out 10am
We understand that some visitors will arrive arrive early but we need to have the house cleaned before your stay. Although arrangements can be made prior your arrival for you to drop off luggage.

Wherever possible we try to be flexible with your arrival / departure time. Subject to the next booking and cleaning of the house. If you can supply us with your exact arrival information as soon as possible so we can meet you at the house when you arrive.

LIABILITY
The property owners cannot be held responsible for any injury to any tenant during the rental period, nor held responsible for loss, breakage, damage or theft of any personal property of the tenants and their guests.
